Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - ضابط دعم التطبيقات*Career Fair- 2026 (26002586)Job Description ضابط دعم التطبيقات*Career Fair- 2026 - (26002586) Job Description · المشاركة في تنفيذ تقييمات مخاطر أمن المعلومات، من خلال جمع وتوثيق البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة وفق منهجية تقييم المخاطر والإجراءات المعتمدة وتحت إشراف المختصين.· المساهمة في مراجعة فعالية الضوابط الأمنية التقنية والإدارية القائمة من خلال تنفيذ فحوصات أولية وتحديث نتائج التقييمات وسجل المخاطر وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة ورفعها للمختصين بالقسم لاستكمال التقييم.· تحديث سجل مخاطر أمن المعلومات من خلال تسجيل بيانات المخاطر ونتائج التقييمات والإجراءات التصحيحية، ومتابعة حالة خطط معالجة المخاطر بالتنسيق مع الفرق المعنية.· جمع وتوثيق المعلومات المتعلقة بمخاطر الموردين ومزودي الخدمات والأطراف الخارجية، وتحديث البيانات والسجلات ذات الصلة وفق المتطلبات والإجراءات المعتمدة، ودعم المختصين في تنفيذ تقييمات المخاطر ذات الصلة.· تنظيم وترتيب مواد وبرامج التوعية الأساسية والخاصة بأمن المعلومات، بما يشمل المواد التعليمية والفيديوهات والمحتوى التوعوي والبريد الإلكتروني التثقيفي، وفق خطط ورسائل التوعية المعتمدة وتقديم الدعم في تنفيذ حملات التوعية والتدريب المتعلقة بالتصيد الإلكتروني والمساهمة في رفع الوعي الأمني لدى الموظفين.· تنفيذ أنشطة محاكاة التصيد الإلكتروني الدورية وتسجيل النتائج التشغيلية الأولية ورفعها لرئيس القسم والمختصين لأغراض التحليل ودراسة النتائج.· المساهمة في تنفيذ حملات التوعية والتدريب المتعلقة بمخاطر التصيد الإلكتروني، وتنفيذ أنشطة محاكاة التصيد الدورية وفق الخطط والإجراءات المعتمدة، وجمع وتوثيق وتحليل النتائج والمؤشرات الأولية المرتبطة بالمخاطر البشرية.· متابعة نتائج محاكاة التصيد الإلكتروني وتحديد الفئات التي تتطلب توعية إضافية بناءً على النتائج المعتمدة، والمساعدة في تنسيق وتنفيذ الأنشطة والمواد التوعوية والتصحيحية الموجهة بالتعاون مع المختصين والجهات المعنية.· المساهمة في تنفيذ برامج التوعية المتخصصة بأمن المعلومات والأمن السيبراني وفق الأدوار الوظيفية، وإعداد وتنسيق المواد والأنشطة ذات الصلة بما يتوافق مع السياسات والمتطلبات المعتمدة واستراتيجية حكومة دبي للأمن السيبراني ومتطلبات مركز دبي للأمن الإلكتروني (DESC).· أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة يتم تكليف الموظف بها من قبل المسؤول المباشر. Qualifications المؤهلات العلمية: شهادة البكالوريوس في الأمن السيبراني أو تقنية المعلومات أو نظم المعلومات أو إدارة المخاطر أو علوم الحاسوب أو في مجال العمل.الخبرة العملية لحملة شهادة الدبلوم: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال العمل.لحملة شهادة البكالوريوس: لا يُشترط توفر خبرة عملية. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, information systems, risk management, computer science, or a related field. For diploma holders: at least 5 years of practical experience in the field. For bachelor's degree holders: no experience required.

Participate in implementing information security risk assessments by collecting and documenting required data and information under approved methodologies and supervision. Contribute to reviewing the effectiveness of existing technical and administrative security controls by performing initial checks, updating assessment results and risk registers, and escalating to section specialists. Update the information security risk register by recording risk data, assessment results, corrective actions, and following up on risk treatment plans with relevant teams. Gather and document information related to supplier and third-party risk, update related records, and support specialists in conducting related risk assessments. Organize and prepare awareness materials and programs on information security, including educational materials, videos, awareness content, and phishing awareness communications, and assist in implementing awareness campaigns and training related to phishing and cybersecurity. Conduct regular phishing simulations, record initial operational results, and provide them to the section head and specialists for analysis. Contribute to awareness campaigns and training on phishing risks, conduct periodic phishing simulations per plans, and collect, document, and analyze initial results related to human risk indicators. Monitor phishing simulation results to identify groups requiring additional awareness and coordinate/execute corrective awareness activities with specialists and stakeholders. Support specialized information security and cybersecurity awareness programs, prepare and coordinate related materials in line with policies and Dubai government cybersecurity strategy and DESC requirements. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
