Job Description Job Title: PharmacistGeneral Description:The pharmacist is responsible for providing safe pharmaceutical care by dispensing medications to patients in the inpatient and outpatient clinics at Eradah Center, while ensuring the optimal use of medications in accordance with approved standards. The pharmacist also conducts monthly audits, documents and analyzes the results, and reports them as part of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the continuous improvement of pharmaceutical services.Specialized Duties:Review and evaluate all medical prescriptions and medication treatment plans to verify their appropriateness and safety, and communicate with the treating physician regarding any conflicts or therapeutic observations.Contribute to organizing and delivering training and educational programs for physicians, nurses, and pharmacists on medication policies and therapeutic protocols, in coordination with the Quality Department.Participate in periodic medication inventory counts and review stock in the pharmacy, medication stores, nursing stations, and emergency carts to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.Verify medications brought by patients from outside the center in terms of storage conditions and expiration dates, and coordinate with the treating physician regarding the possibility of using them during the treatment period.Participate in the selection and procurement of medications and pharmaceutical supplies, in coordination with the Procurement Department, based on clinical needs and approved standards.Manage medication refilling processes and replenish automated medication dispensing cabinets.Perform medication refilling using unit-dose dispensing systems.Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the position. Qualifications Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.Professional Experience:New graduate or up to 3 years of practical experience in the field of pharmacy.Experience in refilling automated medication dispensing cabinets is preferred.Valid license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or other relevant regulatory authorities within the UAE.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
