Job Description Role Overview:Planning, promotion, and execution of Dubai CommerCity’s marketing events, brand activations, and international exhibition participation. The role focuses on managing the marketing, branding, communication, and engagement aspects of events and activations, ensuring consistent brand positioning and high-quality event experiences.Key Responsibilities:Event Management· Conceptualize, plan and execute marketing-driven events including community activations, delegations, CXO sessions, ecosystem webinars, tenant engagement programs, and industry events.· Manage the overall look, feel, branding, and attendee experience of events including event flow and communication assets.· Manage event agenda, registrations, invitee lists, guest confirmations, and attendee engagement, speaker coordination, to ensure smooth program flow.Marketing Promotion & Communications· Plan and execute event promotion campaigns through emailers, social media, website updates, and marketing communications.· Coordinate development of event collaterals and creative assets including digital creatives, presentations, invitations, banners, and promotional materials.· Support social media coverage, content capture, and post-event communications.Brand Activations & Initiatives· Ideate and implement brand activations and marketing campaigns that enhance Dubai CommerCity’s positioning and tenant engagement.· Support community engagement initiatives and ecosystem-building activities across the free zone in coordination with CAM and Digital Solutions team.International Exhibitions & Roadshows· Coordinate Dubai CommerCity’s participation in international exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.· Manage booth branding, delegate registrations, and marketing communications.· Support engagement and coordination with business councils, industry groups, chambers, and ecosystem partners for networking initiatives, delegations, and external engagement activities.· Coordinate travel logistics, schedules, and stakeholder alignment for participating members.Vendor Management & Procurement· Coordinate vendor engagement for marketing deliverables including event agencies, creative suppliers, production vendors, international event organizers and other service providers.· Manage procurement processes, including PR/PO coordination, supplier onboarding, and vendor follow-ups.· Track contracts, invoices, and payments to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.Internal CoordinationWork closely with internal stakeholders including sales, digital solutions, CAM, property management, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on event objectives and messaging. Coordinate with the Property Management team, who handle venue preparation, facilities setup, and on-ground operational logistics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field.Strong interest in event planning, marketing campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
