Coordinate and plan the Dean’s calendar, events, internal/external activities, and meetings.2. Manage clearances for staff events, guest speakers, and Non-Resident Fellows, and monitor requisition forms, expense claims, and Dean’s Office correspondence like letters and memos.3. Coordinate part-time faculty, part-time supervisors, Non-Resident Fellows, and External Examiners’ contracts, work completion forms, time sheets, payments, and all related matters.4. Track and report the Dean’s Office KPIs (strategic and operational), as well as strategic and departmental initiatives.5. Manage the “Promotions Committee for Academic & Research Staff” process from application submission to issuance of the promotion letter (serving as Secretary).6. Serve as an active member of the “Student Disciplinary Board.”7. Handle specialized matters that do not require the Dean’s immediate attention.8. Act as the liaison between the Department and the Planning and Institutional Effectiveness (PIE) Department, ensuring accurate data collection, timely submissions, and proper entry of KPIs and other data requested by PIE.9. Compile, originate, and analyze statistical and other requested materials.10. Schedule, reschedule, cancel appointments and coordinate meetings.
