Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Chief Cultural Guide (26001774)Job Description Chief Cultural Guide - (26001774) Job Description § المتابعة والتنسيق مع المدارس والجامعات لإعداد وتنظيم البرامج والرحلات التعليمية الى المتحف والمواقع التراثية.§ القيام بالزيارات الميدانية للمدارس للترويج لباقة المعلم والتعريف بمحتوى المتحف والمواقع التراثية.§ القيام بالتنسيق والمتابعة فيما يخص الحجوزات الخاصة بالمجموعات المدرسية والسياحية بما يتناسب مع جدول الفعاليات وزيارات المتحف والمواقع التراثية.§ التنسيق مع قسم الفعاليات لتنظيم الجولات الارشادية للفعاليات التي تقام في المتحف والمواقع التراثية.§ إدارة توزيع أجهزة المرشد الناطق والحفاظ عليها ومتابعة الحاجة إلى الصيانة إذا اقتضى الأمر.§ تقديم اقتراحات وأفكار إبداعية تطويرية بهدف جذب أكبر عدد من الزوار الى المتحف والمواقع التراثية.§ التنسيق والمتابعة لتنفيذ جدول الزيارات والبرامج للمجموعات السياحية لزيارة المتحف والمواقع التراثية مع الوكالات السياحية.§ اعداد التقارير عن مدى فعالية البرامج والرحلات التعليمية وملاءمتها مع هدف ورسالة المتحف والمواقع التراثية.§ التنسيق مع قسم المعارض والمقتنيات لتوفير المعلومات اللازمة عن المجموعات والمقتنيات المحدثة التي يتم عرضها في المتحف والمواقع التراثية.§ المشاركة في استقبال الوفود الرسمية وتوفير كافة المعلومات عن مختلف المعروضات في المتحف والمواقع التراثية.§ التنسيق مع اقسام المتحف والمواقع التراثية فيما يخص المعارض والفعاليات والأنشطة في المتحف والمواقع التراثية.§ الإشراف على المرشدين الثقافيين وموظفي الاستقبال أثناء المناوبة ومتابعة تنفيذ الجدول الأسبوعي لهم والعمل على توفير الاحتياجات اللازمة اثناء الفعاليات والبرامج الخاصة.§ الاشراف على تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية والتطويرية اللازمة للمرشدين الثقافيين وموظفي الاستقبال لمواكبة التطورات والتواصل بشكل فعال مع الآخرين. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, History, Archaeology or equivalent from an accredited university; 5 years of relevant practical experience.

Coordinate and liaise with schools and universities to prepare and organize educational programs and tours to the museum and heritage sites. Conduct field visits to promote the teacher package and introduce the museum and heritage sites content. Coordinate and follow up on bookings for school and tourist groups in line with the events schedule and museum visits. Coordinate with the Events Department to organize guided tours for events held at the museum and heritage sites. Manage distribution of speaking interpreter devices and maintain them, following up on maintenance as required. Provide creative development ideas to attract more visitors to the museum and heritage sites. Coordinate and follow up to implement the visit schedule and programs for tourist groups visiting the museum and heritage sites with tour agencies. Prepare reports on the effectiveness of programs and educational trips and their alignment with the museum's mission and goals. Coordinate with Exhibitions and Collections to provide necessary information about updated collections on display at the museum and heritage sites. Participate in welcoming official delegations and provide all information about the various exhibits. Coordinate with museum and site sections regarding exhibitions, events, and activities. Supervise cultural guides and reception staff during shifts and ensure weekly schedules are implemented, providing necessary needs during events and programs. Supervise the implementation of training and development programs for guides and reception staff to stay updated and communicate effectively with others.
