JOB DESCRIPTION PAUT/TOFD INSPECTORSSL NOJob description / Skill Requirement:1Perform AUT or Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) on Various types of jobs Liaise with the clients2Prepare Scan Plan Using ES Beam tool, Collect Data at Site and able to do interpretation using Tomoview / OMNIPC software.3Prepare reports as per various client requirements.4Able to operate PAUT Machine (Olympus MX2 / MX3 ) QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS1Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science or Equivalent2Must have NDT Level II cert by BINDT (PCN)/CSWIP in PAUT / TOFD3Minimum 2 years' experience in PAUT and or in TOFD4Knowledge about other Advanced NDT Methods is an added advantage.5Able to work at height and at Site in different industry6Fluent in English language, spoken and written

Minimum 2 years' experience in PAUT and/or TOFD. NDT Level II certification by BINDT (PCN) or CSWIP in PAUT/TOFD. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science or equivalent. Able to work at height and on-site in different industries. Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Perform PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing) and TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction) inspections on various types of jobs. Prepare Scan Plans using ES Beam tool, collect data on-site, and interpret results using Tomoview and OMNIPC software. Prepare reports to meet client requirements. Operate PAUT equipment (Olympus MX2 / MX3).
