SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) Support design and detailing of steel structures under guidance, ensuring accuracy and compliance. SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES - Perform steel member and connection design. - Support detailing and drawing preparation. - Prepare calculations and technical notes. - Coordinate with fabrication and detailing teams. - Assist seniors in design reviews. SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS Internal Stakeholder Purpose of Interaction - To collaborate with peers and seniors for preparation and checking of design deliverables. External Stakeholder Purpose of Interaction - To support coordination with consultants and vendors for design accuracy and implementation.. SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering Language Skills - Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred) EXPERIENCE Years of Experience - 5–7 years in structural steel design. Nature of Experience - Industrialized construction system design, parametric modeling, team leadership. SECTION VI: TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP / BEHAVIORAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE ROLE SKILLS Technical Skills - ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro. - ASCE, ACI, AISC, EN codes. - Steel System basics - RC/PT system basics. Leadership / Behavioural Skills - Learning agility - Task ownership - Collaboration Qualifications: Master of Engineering (ME) Experience: 5-7 years
