BIM Modeller

The candidate must have experience of Structural Revit modelling - He/ She should have relevant Experience of 6-8 yrs. in BIM modelling field REVIT/TEKLA Precast/TEKLA Steel/Civil3D & ACC. - Should be able to generate structural BIM models from scratch. - He / She should have in depth knowledge of BIM standards - Should be able to extract GFC drawings from BIM models. - Should have worked on BIM models LOD 400 in the past - Should be conversant with quantity estimation using BIM. - Should be able to review BIM models and identify errors. - Should have hand on experience of clash detection and resolution using Navisworks. - He/ She should be able to train other modellers in the team - Should have good practical knowledge of site construction activity. - The candidate should have good verbal & written communication skills. - He / She should be having innovative mindset to explore new opportunities Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) Experience: 6-8 years

Proficient in generating structural BIM models from scratch, knowledge of BIM standards, ability to extract GFC drawings from BIM models, experience with BIM models at LOD 400, capability to review BIM models and identify errors, hands-on experience with clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, ability to train other modellers, good practical knowledge of site construction activity, strong verbal and written communication skills, and an innovative mindset to explore new opportunities.

Generate structural BIM models from scratch using Revit, Tekla (Precast/Steel) and Civil3D; extract GFC drawings from BIM models; ensure BIM models adhere to BIM standards and are at appropriate LOD (LOD 400) for project needs; perform quantity estimation using BIM; review BIM models to identify and correct errors; perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks; train and mentor other BIM modellers; apply practical knowledge of on-site construction activities to BIM work; communicate effectively (verbal and written); pursue innovative approaches to maximize BIM opportunities.
