QA/QC Engineer - Electrical

Key Responsibilities - Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and standards. - Conduct inspections and testing of electrical installations including cable laying, terminations, panels, transformers, switchgear, and lighting systems. - Monitor and verify installation activities to ensure compliance with project quality plans and procedures. - Prepare and maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control procedures. - Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants for quality-related issues. - Ensure that all materials used are approved and meet project specifications. - Maintain records of inspections, test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions. - Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of NCRs. - Support commissioning activities and ensure proper documentation of test reports. - Ensure adherence to safety standards during inspection and testing activities. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - 7 years of experience in QA/QC for electrical systems in construction or power projects. - Familiarity with international standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE) and local regulations. - Experience in handling QA/QC documentation and audits. Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology (BTech), General Diploma Experience: 6-10 years

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 7 years of experience in QA/QC for electrical systems in construction or power projects. Familiarity with international standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE) and local regulations. Experience in handling QA/QC documentation and audits.
