Residential High Rise Building: - Study project design, suggest initiatives for MEP works design enhancement - Study BoQ & WO for work scope coverage and quantity sufficiency as per project design - Execute and monitor the MEP works with the vendor as per Construction schedule & GFC drawings - Achieved desired progress, maintain quality and safety at site - Coordination among C&S, Finishes and other vendors at site - Coordination among Central Design team & Project - Assist in tender drawing, BoQ, vendor negotiation, certification of vendor invoicing and maintaining records - High level of Integrity, - Effective verbal and written communication skills, - Strong Negotiations skills, - Vendor Database, - SAP Exposure - - High level of Integrity,Effective verbal and written communication skills, Strong Negotiations skills, Vendor Database, SAP Exposure Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Experience: 5-7 years

Bachelor of Engineering (BE). 5-7 years of experience in MEP coordination for high-rise construction projects.

Study project design and suggest initiatives for MEP works design enhancement. Review BoQ and Work Order for scope coverage and quantity sufficiency per project design. Execute and monitor MEP works with vendors according to construction schedule and GFC drawings. Ensure progress, quality, and safety at site. Coordinate among C&S, Finishes and other vendors at site; coordinate among Central Design team and Project. Assist in tender drawing, BoQ, vendor negotiation, certification of vendor invoicing and maintaining records.
