2163 - Estimator Company Samara Job Family Workshop City KSA - Jeddah Department Workshop Closing Date 01-Dec-2026 Main Job Purpose Responsible for estimating the cost of repairing damaged vehicles. Accountabilities Communicating with customers regarding repair status and answering any questions they may have about their vehicle or repair process. Inspecting vehicles to determine their condition and whether they can be repaired at a reasonable cost. Preparing estimates for repairs based on customer input, including any special requests or requirements. Communicating with insurance companies regarding the repair process and estimated costs, as well as handling claims processing. Misuse Estimation, follow up with Customers and get approvals. Qualification Education and Certification Requirements Automotive diploma or equivalent 4 – 5 Years of Experience in same scope Proficiency in Arabic and English Computer Skills MS Office Suite Customer service Oral communication skills Time management Product knowledge Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful General understanding of mechanical/technical terms Practical knowledge of safe working methods Data analysis skills Results-driven with ability to meet customer expectations 5 GCSEs (A–C grade) or equivalent including Mathematics Benefits Basic Salary Housing Allowance Transportation Allowance Medical Insurance Bonus as per company policy Note: you will be required to attach the following: Resume/CV I agree with the Privacy Statement Back
