2132 - Procurement Officer - Riyadh Company ProcureNet Job Family Supply Chain City KSA - Riyadh Department Operations Closing Date 31-Oct-2026 Role & Responsibilities We are seeking a Procurement specialist to execute category strategies and sourcing activities that support commercial performance and operational continuity. The role works cross-functionally to optimize spend, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure adherence to procurement policies and controls. Develop and execute sourcing activities (RFQs, quotations, framework agreements) Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier offers Negotiate commercial terms within delegated authority Support category planning through spend analysis and market research Identify cost optimization and consolidation opportunities Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against KPIs Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in a procurement role Strong analytical and negotiation skills Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Professional certification such as CIPS is an advantage Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Note: you will be required to attach the following: Resume/CV I agree with the Privacy Statement Back
