Senior Design Manager - Architectural

Requirements

• - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on luxury residential or commercial projects
• - Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed architectural projects
• - Proven leadership skills and experience managing design teams
• - Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• - Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices
• - Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent licensure is preferred
• - Professional certifications such as LEED, AIA, or a comparable professional architecture credential are a plus.

Responsibilities

• - Lead and manage the architectural design process from initial concept through to project completion
• - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, and project managers, to develop cohesive design solutions
• - Review and refine architectural plans and drawings to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
• - Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• - Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and gather feedback during the design phase
• - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications
• - Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design
• - Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the architectural team
