Operate and maintain hotel facilities and engineering systems on shift. Monitor and manage electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure reliable operation. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and incidents, performing troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections, recordkeeping, and ensure compliance with safety and hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to guest services. Utilize building management systems to monitor performance and adjust as required. Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response procedures as needed. Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts and report needs to supervisor.
