Sales Executive (Wedding)

Job Summary The Sales Executive – Wedding is responsible for generating wedding event business, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves managing the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through contract signing, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects our hotel luxury standards. Main Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new wedding business through prospecting, referrals, and networking. • Respond promptly to wedding enquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-in guests. • Build relationships with wedding planners, decorators, photographers, florists, and entertainment suppliers. • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements. • Achieve monthly and annual wedding sales and revenue targets. • Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Banquet, Culinary, Rooms Division, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution. • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. • Ensure all wedding bookings comply with hotel policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel, preferably in wedding or social events sales. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • English: Intermediate What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
