They are responsible for creating an inviting and organized shopping environment, projecting a warm and welcoming demeanor, and serving customers with up-to-date product information. This role demands strong communication abilities and a keen attention to visual standards, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and store success. What You Will Do: General - Create a clean and organized store environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness. - Deliver a positive first impression to customers through energetic attitude and proper dress code adherence. - Greet customers immediately with a smile and a friendly greeting upon entering the store. - Provide customers with current and relevant information about products. - Offer quality service in fitting rooms; follow up with customers timely, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and aim to upsell. - Deliver efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database. - Thank customers sincerely for their purchase and invite them back as they exit the store. Required Skills To Be Successful: - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Capability to handle cash transactions accurately. What Qualifies You For The Role: - High School Degree. - 1-2 years of retail sales experience. - Good verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of basic customer service practices.
