The role focuses on fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with HR policies and procedures. The Junior HRBP collaborates with stakeholders, manages employee relations, workforce planning, and contributes to talent acquisition and engagement processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and labor laws. What You Will Do: - Provide day-to-day HR business partnering support to assigned business units, serving as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters. - Implement and support HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and engagement activities. - Manage employee queries and basic case management, escalating complex issues to the Head of HR, ensuring accurate documentation and timely system updates. - Support onboarding, probation reviews, contract changes, and offboarding processes. - Contribute to change management and communication initiatives, promoting workplace culture compliance with company policies and labor law. - Assess manpower requirements, prepare and review manpower budgets and forecasts. - Conduct annual manpower budgeting exercise efficiently, ensure accuracy and collaboration with the Head of HR. - Maintain 100% accuracy when providing information or making entries on SAP for budget documentation. - Liaise with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to brief and clarify job requirements. - Support line managers in creating job requisitions on PeopleHub (SAP), and review job descriptions. - Participate in interviews and selection processes, providing unbiased feedback. - Ensure offer letters align with Qatar Compensation structure and Al Futtaim SOPs. - Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, arranging induction plans, and preparing joining announcements. - Monitor weekly onboarding tracker for accuracy of data related to Doha Festival City Mall. - Manage probation process, including scheduling probation meetings and aligning goals with line managers. - Ensure employees are informed of relevant HR policies, benefits, and changes. - Provide timely resolutions to queries raised by employees, minimizing escalations. - Manage talent review processes and identification of critical roles according to internal guidelines. - Arrange annual employee engagement and wellbeing calendar, including team building, conferences, and sports events. - Ensure high participation and communication of Employee Engagement Surveys and reward platforms. - Liaise to provide Training Need Analysis for each division to L&D Partners. - Ensure participation in training programs organized by Real Estate L&D and Group HR. - Provide timely inputs for salary increments, promotions, and other HR data analytics. - Handle all Employee Relations cases with confidentiality, objectivity, and follow principles of natural justice. - Organize and document meetings/interviews, sharing outcomes with Group ER for resolution. - Manage HR outsourced manpower agency contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. - Monitor service delivery, review agency performance and SLAs, negotiate renewals, and maintain records. - Oversee attendance and payroll for outsourced staff, ensuring correct data and compliance with statutory requirements. - Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
