Responsibilities

• - Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, website chat, email, and other online platforms.
• - Promote products and services to potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• - Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• - Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details.
• - Process and coordinate customer orders.
• - Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent service.
• - Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• - Maintain customer records and update sales information.
• - Work with the marketing and operations teams to support online promotions and campaigns.
• - Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• - Monitor competitors and identify new online sales opportunities.
