About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Cook position to join our Kitchen Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with recipes and Jumeirah brand standards. • Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation across all dishes. • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness (HACCP). • Support stock control, proper storage, and ingredient rotation. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • Proven experience in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in a professional kitchen environment. • Skilled in the safe operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and specialty tools. • Experience in stock management, ingredient rotation, and ensuring consistent supply for smooth kitchen
