Job Summary The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for the employer and authorized passengers. The role includes maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, planning efficient travel routes, ensuring passenger safety and comfort, and handling transportation-related tasks with discretion and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities • Safely transport the employer, family members, or authorized passengers to and from appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations. • Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic and road conditions. • Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, tire pressure, lights, and other essential systems. • Schedule and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance. • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and travel logs. • Ensure all vehicle registration, insurance, and licensing documents remain valid and up to date. • Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or personal belongings when required. • Perform occasional errands such as collecting documents, purchasing items, or delivering packages. • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters. • Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations. • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Previous experience as a personal, executive, or chauffeur driver is preferred. • Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems. • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
