Role Description The Electrical Engineer role at Integrity Project Solutions LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Electrical Engineer will design and review electrical systems for lighting, power distribution, and controls, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project specifications. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and technical documentation, performing load calculations, and coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to support seamless installation. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues, supporting commissioning activities, and conducting inspections to verify safe and reliable operation of installed systems. The Electrical Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions on time and within budget. Qualifications • Demonstrated proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to develop and review technical drawings and specifications. • DEWA and Dubai Municipality Registered • Strong understanding of Electricity and power concepts, including safety practices and applicable codes and standards. • Experience with Power Distribution systems, including panel schedules, cable sizing, and protective device coordination. • Knowledge of Power Systems analysis, performance, and reliability for commercial or industrial projects. • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. • Experience working on-site in construction or installation environments, preferably in building services or lighting projects. • Proficiency with relevant engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse project teams. • Familiarity with regional and international electrical standards; previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
