Haier Gulf is looking for a dynamic and results-driven IR Sales Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. If you have a strong background in sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: 1. Achieve Sales and Profit Targets • Drive sales performance to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with the company's business objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers. • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the Northern Emirates. • Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline. • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts. 2. Business Development & Market Expansion • Increase Haier's market share by expanding the dealer and retail network. • Execute sales promotions and product launch activities to maximize brand visibility. • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities. • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability and effective merchandising. • Provide product training and support to channel partners whenever required. 3. Market & Competitor Analysis • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth. • Recommend pricing, product mix, and promotional strategies based on market intelligence. • Prepare regular market and sales reports with actionable recommendations. • Share customer feedback and market insights with management to support business planning and product development. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG. • Strong understanding of the UAE market. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Valid UAE driving license is preferred. • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
