Role Description Hiring a full-time, on-site based Accountant, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Accountant will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Preparing invoices • Tracking accounts receivable and payable • Managing payroll, and ensuring accurate recording of expenses and revenues • Preparing monthly and annual financial reports, supporting budgeting and cash flow planning • Coordinating with management to provide financial insights • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, local regulations, and company policies • Assist with audits, inventory tracking, and cost analysis to support operational efficiency • UAE VAT and tax filing Qualifications: Candidates should possess skills in: • Bookkeeping, general accounting, and financial reporting • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation • Budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control • Using accounting software, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred • Prior experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role, ideally in UAE, is preferred • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of UAE regulations Show more Show less
