What you'll be doing As the Senior Finance Manager – Joint Ventures (Fashion & Jewelry), you will act as the strategic finance partner for a portfolio of leading international luxury brands across the Middle East, including Fendi, Givenshy, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Loewe, Repossi, De Beers, Max Mara, Zimmermann, Christian Louboutin, Marni, Jil Sander,Kenzo, and Maison Margiela. You will work closely with Executive Management, Brand Partners, and Joint Venture leadership teams to drive profitable growth, support strategic investments, enhance shareholder value, and provide financial leadership across the full business lifecycle. The role combines business partnering, corporate finance, FP&A, governance, business development, and executive-level stakeholder management, requiring both strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnering - Serve as the primary finance partner for the Fashion & Jewelry Joint Venture portfolio. - Partner with Joint Venture Finance Teams, and Chalhoub Executive Management to support strategic decision-making. - Challenge business assumptions and provide independent, data-driven recommendations. - Drive value creation initiatives focused on profitability, cash generation, and return on investment. - Support negotiations with international luxury brand partners on strategic and financial matters. Financial Planning & Performance Management - Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-term planning processes. - Monitor financial performance against Budget, Forecast and Prior Year, identifying risks and opportunities. - Perform detailed variance analysis and translate financial results into actionable business insights. - Drive initiatives to improve revenue growth, profitability, cash flow and working capital. Corporate Finance & Financial Modelling - Build robust financial models to support: - New Joint Venture opportunities - Business development projects - Store investment decisions - Valuation exercises - M&A and shareholder transactions - Develop integrated financial models including: - Profit & Loss - Balance Sheet - Cash Flow - Enterprise Value - IRR, NPV and Payback analysis - Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare financial recommendations for Executive Management. Governance & Executive Reporting - Prepare high-quality financial presentations for senior leadership and shareholders. - Present financial analyses and strategic recommendations to senior executives. - Ensure consistency, accuracy and transparency of financial reporting across the portfolio. - Support Joint Venture governance, shareholder reporting and Board decision-making processes. Financial Systems & Process Improvement - Continuously improve financial reporting processes, planning tools and analytical capabilities. - Drive automation and process efficiencies across finance activities. - Ensure strong financial controls and high standards of data integrity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness. What You'll Need to Succeed - You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. - You preferably hold an MBA and/or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA
