JOB PURPOSE: Collaborate within a team of technologists to produce enterprise scale solutions for ADNOC Offshore needs based on the latest data technologies that can empower ADNOC offshore people with digital technologies that improve performance, efficiency and profitability. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Specific Accountabilities \uF0B7 Liaise and follow-up with ADNOC Offshore all upstream Real-Time related solution issues / requirements and identify required corrective actions in coordination and alignment with ADNOC Headquarters. \uF0B7 Provides specialized technical support in managing, developing, monitoring and delivering complete solution, covering company-wide real-time data domain scope in coordination and alignment with ADNOC Headquarters. \uF0B7 Keep updated on the latest technologies, benchmarks and looks for solutions and opportunities that better serve the company from the DOF real time data perspective. \uF0B7 Preparing and maintaining and strategic projects scope of work. \uF0B7 Assist in preparing the Business Case for new project \uF0B7 Preparing models, POCs and pilots to minimize risk and explore options easily. \uF0B7 Coordination of strategic projects, and managing the implementation. \uF0B7 Assessing, selecting and implementing new technologies such as Big Data throughout the project stages. \uF0B7 Coordinate and support the delivery and implementation of DOF from assessment to delivery. JOB DESCRIPTION \uF0B7 Managing large and complex projects observing Company Standards, Methodologies, Processes and Tools, delivering in compliance with on-standard and quality. \uF0B7 Identification of new improvement areas and opportunities, planning the necessary assessments and building up evolution drafts and addressing new proposals. \uF0B7 Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required. \uF0B7 Adopting and applying appropriate technical tools in line with ADNOC Offshore quality and standards. \uF0B7 Advice stakeholders on the potential of utilizing Digital Oilfields technologies to address and improve the business. \uF0B7 Works with different disciplines (Reservoirs, production, maintenance team etc.), in the development and support for high-level applications platform for reservoir optimization and well surveillance monitoring supports the tendering and implementation process. \uF0B7 Promotes the vision of the Digital Oilfield as an approach to improve reservoir recovery, safe and efficient operation in the Company. \uF0B7 Work closely with various company leaders and subject matter experts to consolidate technical solutions portfolio, plan, implement and execute tasks leading DOF solutions. \uF0B7 Manage the evolution of solutions by conducting feasibility studies from ideas concepts to full implementations to improve the company core business. \uF0B7 Conducts risk assessment / risk management throughout the project life-cycle. \uF0B7 Responds to internal/external changes and highlights their impact on ADNOC Offshore business processes. \uF0B7 Frequent contact with contractors, vendors. Budgets \uF0B7 Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives. \uF0B7 Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost controlPolicies, Systems, Processes & Procedures \uF0B7 Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section\u2019s / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards. Innovation and Continuous Improvement \uF0B7 Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes. \uF0B7 Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
