Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Traffic Safety Engineering; Master’s degree in Traffic Engineering, Transportation Safety, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree or 7 years with a Bachelor’s degree in traffic safety, traffic engineering, transportation planning, or related fields.
