Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum 5 years of working experience. 3 - 7 years of working experience in related roles. Proficient in risk management, project management, physical security management, artificial intelligence techniques, and cyber security techniques. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, and inspection reporting formats. Knowledge of statistical methods and experience in handling security information systems and related technologies.

Provide technical support to ensure effective oversight to preserve reputation and property from misuse. Conduct security surveys for Authority buildings and facilities, analyze security risks, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Develop programs and applications to support security and control work. Implement standard security and protection standards on security information systems networks in coordination with internal and external authorities. Link Authority systems to the central operations unit to provide information for decision-makers and rapid emergency response. Develop 3D designs for buildings and facilities for security operations management. Conduct R&D to improve security system efficiency and stay current with technologies. Share best practices and assist in establishing control centers in institutions. Prepare budgets for security systems based on identified needs. Manage security logistics across facilities (monitoring, control, inspection systems, and other equipment). Design and support control centers following ISO 11064. Manage and develop the network of security information systems with integrated, sustainable technical infrastructure. Develop an artificial intelligence laboratory for security applications.
