This opportunity is designed for a motivated UAE National looking to build a successful career within one of the region's leading automotive organizations. In this role, you will support the sales team in delivering a seamless customer experience by coordinating vehicle deliveries, managing documentation, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day dealership operations. You will play a key role in helping the branch achieve its sales objectives while creating exceptional experiences for our customers. What You Will Do - Support the sales team with vehicle documentation, invoicing, and delivery processes - Verify customer and financial documents to ensure accurate and timely transactions - Coordinate the preparation, display, and tracking of demo and display vehicles - Assist in maintaining accurate vehicle stock records and inventory management activities - Organize vehicle registration, transfer documentation, inspections, and related administrative tasks - Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and operational efficiency - Contribute to a customer-first culture by supporting a smooth and professional sales journey Required Skills to be Successful - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills - Willingness to learn and develop within the automotive industry About the Team At Toyota Dubai Festival City, you'll become part of a collaborative and high-performing sales team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
