By upholding our values of respect, excellence, collaboration and integrity; Al-Futtaim Group continues to enrich the lives and aspirations of our customers each and every day Overview of the role: Support the Architectural Design Manager in coordinating and reviewing architectural designs across all project stages, ensuring full alignment with approved standards, regulatory requirements, and overall project objectives while maintaining design quality and consistency. What you will do: - Support the preparation of scopes of work for design packages. - Assist in the design tendering process. - Support the monitoring of project KPIs and tracking design progress against the development plan. - Assist in design development from concept through to construction stages under the Design Manager’s supervision. - Support coordination and follow-up with design consultants. - Assist in ensuring compliance with Egyptian codes and authority requirements. - Coordinate with MEP, structural, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper design integration. - Support the maintenance of design quality, functionality, and constructability. - Follow up on design-related matters during construction and assist in coordination with contractors. Required Skills to be successful: 6-7+ years of experience in architectural design review and coordination; experience in design management is a plus. What equips you for the role: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is preferred; PMP certification is a plus. - Strong experience coordinating with international and local consultants, as well as key stakeholders, with hands-on architectural exposure. - Experience in scope of work preparation and design management is an advantage. - Strong capabilities in architectural design, coordination, and design review. - Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit is required. Experience: 6-7+ years of experience in architectural design review and coordination; experience in design management is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
