Operations Manager – Real Estate Online Platform (UAE Market)

We're now hiring a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to help scale our platform and operational systems to the next level. As our Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations—ensuring seamless listing quality, efficient agent onboarding, CRM optimization, and superior customer experience. You will also lead platform-related compliance with RERA, implement operational systems, and collaborate closely with product, sales, and tech teams. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with a strong real estate platform background and startup resilience.

Startup Operational Leadership
• Build and scale SOPs and operational processes from scratch or optimize existing ones.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks in platform operations, recommend scalable solutions.
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Tech, and Customer Success departments.

Platform Operations Management
• Ensure end-to-end quality control over listings, agent accounts, and search functionality.
• Supervise listing validation, duplicate removal, image standards, and property classification.
• Coordinate with Product Team to roll out platform enhancements and test new features.

Client & Agent Onboarding
• Design streamlined onboarding journeys for real estate agents and developers.
• Train new partners on using the platform and CRM features efficiently.
• Ensure proper documentation and RERA compliance for listings and agents.

Performance & Data Insights
• Track and analyze operational KPIs (listing velocity, agent activity, support tickets, etc.).
• Deliver monthly operational performance reports to leadership.
• Use BI dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio) for insights and decision-making.

Customer & Support Operations
• Oversee a growing customer support team to maintain high SLA standards.
• Resolve escalations from clients and users professionally and quickly.
• Monitor NPS and feedback to constantly improve service delivery.

Compliance & Risk Oversight
• Ensure platform listings and users comply with RERA regulations and UAE data privacy laws.
• Maintain updated knowledge of legal and ethical real estate practices in Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Manage listing moderation in accordance with real estate advertising policies.

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or related.
• RERA certification is a plus.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in operations; at least 2-3 years in a UAE-based online property portal (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment preferred.
• Proven track record in building processes and managing cross-functional teams.

Technical & System Knowledge:
• CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), CMS systems, and property management software.
• Familiar with listing syndication, property metadata, and digital integrations (XML/IDX feeds).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.

Soft Skills:
• Natural team leader, excellent communicator (English required, Chinese is a bonus).
• Problem-solver with hands-on attitude—no task is too big or small.
• Adaptable to change with a calm and strategic approach.
