Salary Range: AED 6,000 – 12,999
Role: Lead our sales team, oversee operations, and ensure company targets are met with strategic management skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience in food trading or related markets (local & international).
Proven track record of delivering sales results.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management within food trading or related markets (local & international).
• Proven sales leadership: Ability to consistently achieve and exceed daily sales targets to support company expenses, profits, and staff salaries.
• Team management skills: Expertise in motivating, guiding, and supervising a team to ensure cohesive performance and daily productivity.
• B2B expertise: Strong ability to arrange and finalize business-to-business meetings and secure orders to drive revenue.
• Results-driven mindset: Track record of delivering measurable sales growth under tight deadlines.
• Financial acumen: Understanding of managing sales to cover operational costs, profitability, and payroll demands.
• Communication & negotiation: Excellent skills to liaise with clients, team members, and suppliers effectively.
