Job Description

Conduct swimming training sessions for participants
Assess swimmers' abilities and develop tailored training programs to enhance their performance.
Monitored swimmers during training and competitions to ensure proper techniques and safety measures.
Implement injury prevention strategies and provide first aid when necessary.
Acted as a lifeguard during training sessions and events, ensuring the safety of all participants.
Stay up to date with modern swimming techniques, training methodologies, and safety regulations.
Organized educational workshops on water safety, swimming techniques, and injury prevention.

Key Responsibilities


Design and conduct swimming training sessions for individuals and teams of various skill levels.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, individual progress, and any safety incidents.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
Specialized certification in swimming coaching.
Lifeguard certification and rescue training course completion.
Certified First Aid and CPR qualification.
Minimum of 5 years experience in swimming coaching and lifeguarding.
Strong understanding of swimming biomechanics, endurance training, and injury prevention.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and guide swimmers.
Knowledge of modern swimming techniques and safety protocols.
Proficiency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
