- Perform spa treatments such as massages, facials, hammam body therapies, and body treatments to the highest luxury standards.
- Consult with guests to understand their wellness needs and recommend suitable therapies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Educate guests on spa products and assist in retail sales.
- Uphold the Atlantis guest service standards, exceeding expectations with every treatment.
- Stay updated on new spa techniques, trends, and wellness innovations.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

- Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Cidesco, Cibtac, or equivalent international qualification in massage therapy, spa treatments, or beauty therapy.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a luxury spa or five-star hospitality environment.
- Expertise in massage therapy, hammam, facials, and body treatments.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Passion for wellness, relaxation, and holistic health.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-profile luxury spa environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining spa hygiene and standards.
