Senior Architect

Archpix is a leading engineering consultancy firm in the UAE since 2017, seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and lead the design process for multiple projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, mentor junior architects, and ensure designs meet regulatory and aesthetic standards. This role requires excellent leadership, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage projects effectively to achieve departmental targets.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and project objectives.
• Attend meetings to present design proposals and provide updates on project progress.
• Oversee the design process for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior architects, promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
• Achieve the department's monthly performance targets.
• Ensure all designs comply fully with authority regulations and standards.
• Prepare, coordinate, and manage design submissions in collaboration with team members.
• Ensure the timely delivery of assigned projects, meeting quality and deadline requirements.

• Education: Degree in Architect
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the same capacity within UAE
• Strong proficiency in design softwares mainly Revit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Arabic & English (written and verbal).
