Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security team, ensuring the safety and protection of company assets, employees, and visitors. This role includes leading, training, and managing security personnel, responding promptly to incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. The Security Supervisor will ensure that all security operations meet ISO and PCI compliance requirements. A key aspect of the role is to create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly security reports, documenting incidents, activities, and compliance with industry standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a secure and compliant environment while responding effectively to security-related incidents and emergencies.

• Organizing workflow and ensuring that security guards understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Will oversee facility security to protect all company assets
• Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards
• Train new staffs and guide employees to follow EDC Process and procedure under PCI and ISO standards
• Monitor ACS and CCTV systems, report incidents to higher management, check the recording status
• Ensure proactive steps are taken to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors
• Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities
• Prepare Guards shift schedule, manage their vocation, request under HRMS
• Look out for suspicious persons, vandalism or hazards, Respond to alarms and distress calls
• In case of any security threat, must be ready to direct staff members to take appropriate measures to neutralize such threat. Also, they work with local police departments if needed for investigation
• Handle shift handover documentation and ensure proper communication between shifts
• Coordinating with external vendors and departments to conduct regular PPMs
• Monthly reporting includes asset movement, Device usage, physical access privileges, APBV and Incident reports.
