• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the real estate sector.
• Entry to mid-level experience in luxury real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and luxury property trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Perfect knowledge of Russian language
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
