🔍 Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System and Network Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing and supporting complex IT systems and networks. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our IT infrastructure.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Manage and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
   - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and networks.
   - Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure.
   - Monitor system performance and network traffic to identify and resolve potential issues.
   - Configure and manage servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
   - Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and implement IT projects.
   - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and procedures.
   - Provide technical support and training to end-users.

🎓 Qualifications:
   - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
   - Over 5 years of experience in system and network administration.
   - Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
   - Proficiency in managing and configuring servers, storage systems, and virtual environments.
   - Experience with network security practices and tools.
   - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
   - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, MCSE) are a plus.
