🌟 Job Summary:
The Greenhouse is Chalhoub Group’s space for bold innovation and entrepreneurship. It houses our Startup Studio, where we build startups from scratch with regional entrepreneurs, our Incubator Program, and our Accelerator Program. Using lean startups methodologies, we aim to rapidly co-create and launch ventures that result in long-term revenue or high returns through new business models, categories, and markets.

Our Startup Studio Partner will play a pivotal role as part of The Greenhouse core team, reporting to the Head of the Startup Studio. You will work with an agile and dynamic team, driven to achieve success for our Startups.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
- Problem-Solution Design: Leading the ideation process and designing workshops for problem and solution identification.
- Market Research and Analysis: Analyzing industry trends, market demand, competition, and customer insights to shape venture ideas.
- Business Modeling: Designing and testing business models, including revenue streams, pricing strategies, and scalability potential.
- Product Management: Developing A/B testing, customer personas, and go-to-market strategies.
- Rapid Prototyping: Creating MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Project Management: Managing timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones in the venture development process.
- Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with stakeholders, including founders, investors, partners, and customers.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Leading different teams, fostering collaboration, and building a culture of innovation.

🌟 What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience as an entrepreneur or venture builder.
- Broad knowledge and hands-on implementation of available tools to create low-tech solutions.
- UX skills (wireframing, storyboarding, research, and user testing).
- Proven results in finding and acquiring early adopters to reach product-market fit.
- Good mix of technical, growth, and UX know-how.
- Strategic thinker with an execution mindset; a doer.
