Job Description:
To include:

- Meet & greet the seller in a warm and professional manner to create a good first impression and build rapport.
- Guide the seller through the check-in, waiting, and deal area process.
- Perform vehicle inspections in a safe, courteous, and professional manner.
- Complete inspection reports accurately within the stipulated time as per SAC quality standards for picture and vehicle inspection.
- Identify the seller’s key concerns using standard open and close-ended qualifying questions and provide this information to the closer.
- Assist the closer in closing the deal using appropriate trial closing, negotiation, perceived value increase, and objection handling techniques.
- Complete the appropriate documentation for accepted offers and forward it along with the vehicle to the operations team, ensuring full receipt.
- Ensure all prospective sellers, whether they accept or reject the offer, are sent off in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive image of SAC and encourage referrals.

Qualifications:
- Good sales skills
- UAE Driving License
- Minimum 3-5 years technical customer service experience
- Diploma/Degree qualified
- Strong vehicle inspection skills
- Strong customer experience/sales skills
- General proficiency in using browsers, applications, and email
- General proficiency in English
