Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist with expertise in call center platforms and advanced data analytics to join our team. This role involves designing and maintaining data warehouses, creating dashboards, and providing actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a centralized repository of integrated data from disparate sources.
• Ensure data is cleaned, standardized, and prepared for reporting and analysis.
• Design data models to support reporting and analysis needs.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visual representations of data.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting support for business users.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and critical metrics.
• Use BI tools to transform data into actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Train and support end-users on reporting tools and data interpretation.
• Participate in data governance activities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop predictive analytics and machine learning models.
• Document technical and business metadata for clear stakeholder understanding.
• Explore new tools and methodologies to improve capabilities.
• Provide feedback on inefficiency issues, training opportunities, and system improvements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in call center platforms (IEX, IVR, AVAYA) and analytics logic.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner) and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS).
• Skilled in BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven experience in data warehousing, reporting, and analytics projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Advanced statistical knowledge for data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Knowledge of inbound call center practices and speech analytics preferred.

Certifications:

Certifications in data management and analytics are preferred, such as:

• Certified Data Management Professional
• Google Data Engineer
• AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty
