RGCC is seeking two dedicated Site Engineers to join our project teams in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This role is critical in overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

🔍 Requirements:
   - Proven experience in managing construction sites.
   - Strong technical and project management skills.
   - Ability to coordinate site activities and manage teams effectively.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
   - Review the work progress on daily basis.
   - Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
