SHOP MANAGER (DUBAI)

📜 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- 4-5 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years of experience independently operating a shop

📍 Location:
- Meena Bazaar, Dubai

📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost sales
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales trends to make informed business decisions
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training for existing employees
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
