Senior Product Designer

Location: Dubai
Position: Senior Product Designer
Contract: 12 months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall look and feel of products, aligning with the head of design's vision.
• Create wireframes and prototypes based on requirements.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to co-create user experiences.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to clarify design requirements.
• Estimate design efforts and plan workstreams for user experience and information architecture.
• Convert feature-oriented requirements into actionable design backlog items.
• Conduct user testing to refine user needs and assess existing digital experiences for UX consistency.
• Work closely with other designers and stakeholders to shape digital experiences.
• Support the handover process to front-end engineers.
• Articulate design decisions clearly and integrate feedback from engineers and business analysts to enhance design specifications.

Required Skills

• Degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, or related field (graduate degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the Banking or Financial industry.
• Proficient in human-centered design practices, native app UI, and web design.
