🏢 Role: Senior Microsoft Power BI Developer
📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE
📅 Position: 12 months extendable

🎓 Education/Qualification:
   - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience

🔍 Requirements:
   - 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in the Banking Domain
   - Familiarity with banking-specific data sources, systems, and processes
   - Develop advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to business units
   - Proficiency in data modeling, data visualization, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
   - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Power BI reports and dashboards
   - Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability, especially in banking contexts
   - Experience with SQL and data manipulation techniques
   - Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
   - Design and implement data models and ETL processes to support BI initiatives in compliance with banking regulations
   - Work closely with data engineers and analysts to understand data sources, including internal and external sources relevant to the banking industry
   - Monitor data security and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR and data protection laws
   - Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in the banking industry
   - Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools, best practices, and data-driven decision-making
   - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
   - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   - Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus
