🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop commercial strategies to accelerate marketplace for each partner.
- Set financial targets, budgets, and incentives to support key partners.
- Drive strategy and oversight of several marketplace e-commerce channels, responsible for product/channel mix and optimization.
- Plan weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts for channels and manage inventory.
- Manage relationships with key partners, forecast, and grow individual accounts.
- Collaborate with business teams, CRM, and digital marketing to grow market share.
- Define a marketing calendar including promotions and product launches.
- Lead monthly business reviews with key partners and identify growth opportunities.
- Benchmark and improve UX in partnership with the product team.
- Prioritize initiatives based on expected ROI and shape the product roadmap.
- Be a positive ambassador of the broader e-commerce organization and culture.

- Strong connections in the retail and beauty industry, commercial knowledge.
- Technical experience with marketplace software, specifically Mirakl.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle commercial negotiations.
- Knowledge of logistics, customer service, and legal constraints within a marketplace.
- Ability to manage and expedite cross-functional tasks and projects.
- Effective reporting skills.
