**Job Description:**
As a Senior Lecturer in Financial & Audit, you will develop curriculum materials, deliver engaging lectures and training sessions, participate in academic and consulting projects, conduct research, and mentor students and clients. Your role will also involve carrying out financial analysis, providing consultancy services, and contributing to the development of learning and teaching strategies.

**Core Responsibilities:**
- Develop curriculum materials and deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions on financial, valuation, and Merger and Acquisition topics.
- Participate in academic and consulting projects to support AD Maritime Academy’s mission.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in academic journals.
- Mentor students and clients on academic and career matters.
- Provide financial analysis, valuation, and Merger and Acquisition consultancy services.
- Conduct industry benchmarks, analyze best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance education and services.
- Monitor course scheduling, student records, and program development.
- Contribute to the development of learning and teaching strategies.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- A Terminal Vocational Degree.
- Combined relevant teaching and industrial experience.
- Evidence of professional development and continuous updating of skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of effective approaches to curriculum development and management.

**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in teaching and the industry.
- Strong curriculum development and management skills.
- Professional development and continuous learning mindset.
