What You'll Be Doing 📋

As a Senior Finance Executive with Hikaya Office Furniture Manufacturing Co LLC, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the company by overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position will report to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries 🧾
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance 📈
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes 📆
• Monitor cash flow and manage cash management activities to ensure adequate liquidity 💧
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budgeted figures 📊
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards 🕵️‍♂️
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for management and stakeholders 📑
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets 🛡️
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting 📚
• Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed 🤝

What You’ll Need to Succeed 🏆

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 🎓
• Preferably CPA or CMA certified 📜
• Proven experience as a Finance Executive, Accountant, or in a similar role 💼
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations 📘
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite 💻
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 🔍
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 🤲
