Salary: AED 45,000 - 55,000 per month + Benefits

Kingston Stanley is looking for a Senior Director of Business Development for a leading Exhibition Agency. The ideal candidate must have experience working within a large exhibition agency and possess strong leadership abilities in business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Development: Lead the formulation and execution of business development strategies to increase revenue, market share, and global footprint.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and oversee new client acquisition strategies for local, regional, and international markets.
• Revenue Generation: Identify and implement new revenue-generating opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and licensing agreements.
• Leadership: At least 7 years' experience in a leadership role, with 18 years of relevant experience in business development.
