Sales Representative (Medical and Aesthetic Equipment)

Salary: AED 6,000 - 12,000 per month

Location: Dubai, UAE

Smart Age Tech LLC is seeking an active and goal-oriented Sales Representative for medical and aesthetic equipment and cosmetic products in Dubai. If you have experience in aesthetic medicine or the professional beauty industry and are ready for new challenges, we would love to have you join our international team.

Smart Age Tech LLC is a distributor of innovative equipment for aesthetic clinics, wellness centers, and hospitals. We provide a full cycle of services to our partners, including delivery, training, certification, warranty service, and provision of spare parts. Our portfolio includes over 10 leading global brands from Japan, Switzerland, Germany, and Italy. Our showroom is located in Dubai, Jumeirah 3, Sunset Mall.

Responsibilities

• Actively attract new clients (aesthetic clinics, wellness centers, beauty salons, private residences, and medical spas in 5* hotels and resorts).
• Search for and attract new clients through cold calls, and monitor and analyze the market.
• Convert potential clients from cold to active.
• Manage deals: identify client needs, prepare proposals, monitor order placement, and ensure delivery. Provide post-sales support.
• Conduct direct sales and plan/control personal sales volumes.
• Participate in the planning and execution of trade marketing activities.
• Monitor the market and competitive environment.
• Participate in exhibitions.
• Maintain reports.

Requirements

• Languages: English (minimum B2 level), Russian, Arabic.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales.
• Industry Experience: Sales in aesthetic medicine or professional beauty industry is mandatory.
• Additional education in sales is welcomed.
• Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, sales stimulation methods, and ways to improve sales efficiency.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Mobility and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Driving license: Required.
• Result-oriented: Must be focused on achieving targets.
