Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage resources (manpower, materials, and time) to meet targets.
• Oversee logistics and supply chain operations, coordinating with various departments and external vendors for timely deliveries.
• Handle clerical duties such as phone calls, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Analyze operational data, manage product inventory, and process expense reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, resolving issues related to shipments, billing, and statements.
• Regularly communicate with sales executives and upper management.
• Provide front desk coverage and manage office supply orders.
• Perform other duties to support the company’s operations.
